tranquility. the whole place smell good especially the walkway to the rooms, l reckon could be the sweet smelling wood they use for the building. room sofa type very comfortable.

1. no USB charge point in room or lobby 2.no bidet 3. the lobby too hot 4. free shuttle is good but only one way.

Enjoyable stay which can be better if the staffs are friendly and customer oriented. Be nice if the porch area are clean

Serenity with a very peaceful surroundings. Surrounded with beautiful trees and fresh air! The villa we booked comes with a private pool. Kids had lots of fun in it

The staffs gave a very mediocre service. Check in was ok only by a female Chinese lady. Check out was Terrible, paid for late check out, seems to infuriate the staff, a Malay lady . No eye contact , no greetings. I just very awkwardly put the key card on the table and walked away. A thank you was shout out from a male staff member that was behind the very cold Malay lady. The only great customer service we had was from the restaurant. All of them were smiley and nice. Shout out to Nurul, if am Not wrong on the name. She was in a arm cast but still doing her best with the brightest smile on

loved it loved it loved it

rooms are comfortable and very quiet. location is a little out of town but they have free bus to the very large complex nearby . breakfast is buffet style which seems to fit most peoples taste

Ok lets talk what needs changing. in the room they give free coke and lemonade and water and also free Kit Kats as well every day. but if you go into the restaurant that same sprite you get for free will be charged at 9 dollars plu plus and end up over 10 dollars. this has to be changed if you are giving the guest free sprite in the rooms why slug them for 10 dollars in the restaurant. does not seem right to me please change that. the reason I am stating it here is so that the management will understand how wrong this is.

Room was recently renovated and both in very good condition and very clean (although the pool/yard area could be presented better). Landscaping and outdoor areas mostly very nice.

Breakfast was disappointing for a hotel of this standard (and pricing!). Range/selection of food was good but quality was below average (cheap juice from cartons, etc.). No turn-down service was a (disappointing) surprise. Water in all pools (especially the Dream Pool, but also the private plunge pool and the Skypool) was quite hazy. Some parts of the the hotel that have not been renovated/updated, including the main building. Only one of the on-site restaurants was operational.

The hotel does not entice me to stay there again on my next staycation.

the hotel easy to find and convenience, indoor car park lots are available & plenty, we like the seaview balcony so that we can unwind at the balcony.

1)Sky pool's toilet door lock is spoilt but was not fix, i nearly trap myself with the damage lock. 2)The existing 2 numbers of kids floats, 1 is totally flat and the other one we pump air but air leakage fast as well. Seem like maintenance is poor, no incharge personnel taking care of this facility & equipment. I called concierge for help, but i ended wait for more than 15 to 20 minutes, i recalled that time awas about 7pm, it caused me had an unpleasant experienced.

The palawan beach is within walking distance. The western dining restaurant service is good. The staff was friendly and approachable. The room have plenty supply of bottle water for me and my family.

The kids pool outdoor is not clean and there's too many mosquito. The room is abit old and table desk light not working.

We like thr large rooms and friendly staff. Thr location is good too. We have stayed here on 2 separate holidays.

Sky pool was closed for maintenance. We liked the other pool but the sky pool is our favourite.
